Craig and Bill are doing something right, the customer service is awesome. Alot of other bike shops in Calgary could learn alot from these guys. I always say, if the customer is happy he will come back....ill be back.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated the relaxed no preassure experience I recieved in buying my first Bike. The guys (and Gal) could not have been more helpfull. Thanks for taking all the stress and worry and high preassure out of the whole experience. The service and the product is great.

You will never meet a nicer staff. Craig and Bill run a very good shop. We bought a CBR 600 and had a few minor problems with it. The response was awsome they took the bike in right away and fixed the issue asap.Don't let the odd whiner stop you from shopping at Calgary motor sports, they sell a good product and take care of you like a good shop should.Highly recommended.Bob and Darren P

I would just like to send an email to express my gratitude to Craig/staff at Calgary Motorsports. As a first-time motorcycle buyer, walking into a bike showroom (not even knowing how to ride a bike) could have been a very un-nerving experience. Craig was extremely helpful and patient during this process. His upfront, no-pressure attitude immediately put me at ease, and the post sales support has been exceptional. While this is the first bike I have purchased, I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and this is easily the best sales service I have experienced.

I had my Honda ATV serviced and was very happy. I called one a monday got the bike in on tuesday and it was done one wendsday. The guys (bill) where honest and did not jerk me around. price was good too. would recommed to everyone.

The staff here went the extra mile for my family. They stayed late so i could look at a bike i was interested in, and then later i bought that bike at a fair price, and they took our old bike on consignment too. Excellent customer service guys.
